instructions

Rock 1

  1. For rock #1, use a brush and apply 2 coats of Pure Black on the rock.
  2. Allow drying time.
  3. Use the Liner brush and Titanium White, and paint in cursive the word “grow”
  4. Allow drying time.
  5. Use the Liner brush and Titanium White, and paint a swirly line bellow the word “grow”
  6. Allow drying time.
  7. Apply 2-3 coats of Dragonfly Full Spectrum on the rock.
  8. Allow drying time.
 Rock 2
  1. For rock #2, use a brush and apply 2 coats of Pure Black on the rock.
  2. Allow drying time.
  3. Use the Liner brush and Titanium White, and paint a circle in the middle of the rock.
  4. Allow drying time.
  5. Paint lines using the Liner brush coming out of the circle forming sun rays with Titanium White.
  6. Allow drying time.
  7. Paint lines using the Liner brush inside the sun and dots on the sun rays with Titanium White.
  8. Allow drying time.
  9. Apply 2-3 coats of Dragonfly Full Spectrum on the rock.
  10. Allow drying time.
 Rock 3
  1. For rock #3, use a brush and apply 2 coats of Pure Black on the rock.
  2. Allow drying time.
  3. Use the Liner brush and Titanium White, and paint 3 organic shapes forming flowers.
  4. Allow drying time.
  5. Paint the flower petals using the Liner Brush and dot the center of the flowers with Titanium White.
  6. Allow drying time.
  7. Apply 2-3 coats of Dragonfly Full Spectrum on the rock.
  8. Allow drying time.
 Rock 4
  1.  For rock #4, use a brush and apply 2 coats of Pure Black on the rock.
  2.  Allow drying time.
  3.  Use the Liner brush and Titanium White, and paint organic shapes forming a flower.
  4.  Allow drying time.
  5.  Paint a line using the Liner brush forming the stem of the flower with Titanium White.
  6.  Paint leaves using the Liner brush coming from the flower stem with Titanium White.
  7.  Allow drying time.
  8.  Paint rays over the flower using the Liner brush with Titanium White.
  9.  Allow drying time.
  10. Apply 2-3 coats of Dragonfly Full Spectrum on the rock.
  11. Allow drying time.

Cool colors are all the colors on the Green and Blue side of the color wheel. Yellow, Yellow/Green, Green, Blue/Green, Blue, Blue/Purple, Purple are all cool colors. All colors on the color wheel can be both warm and cool except Orange.
Transparent colors are thinned with medium or water to create a wash or a glaze of color that you can see through to the underlying surface.
